Mediation is often fast and cost efficient, settling through the courts is generally expensive and total costs unpredictable.

Mediation should avoid deterioration in relationships.

Gordon is an International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator, and an Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC).

Gordon brings 25 years of negotiation experience, with a reputation as a problem solver, deadlock breaker and deal maker.

We follow the EU model Code of Conduct for Mediators and the Complaints Handling Process complies with CMC minimum standards.

All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days and investigated and responded to within 21 days of receipt.
